Our farming and production practices minimize waste and usage of water. We gently irrigate our fields and control moisture through a complete underground system that measures and reduceswater usage.
All vegetables are peeled by hand and our waste is composted locally. We produce our chips close to our farms, ensuring that our vegetables are received, peeled and cooked within 24 hours of being harvested.
